Peter Neal

Chief Executive Officer

Peter has worked in the charitable sector for more than a decade after working as a land developer and management consultant in the private sector for SME.

In his role as CEO he is focused on ensuring that the charity delivers its core purpose: to support and facilitate local communities in taking action.

Peter is also a trustee of Hart Gables CIO, a charity supporting the LGBT+ community, as well as a co-founder of his local food bank, Saltburn Solidarity CIO.

Anne Richards

Partnership and Engagement Officer

Anne joined RCVDA in 2019 following a career spanning both the commercial and the voluntary sector. Anne’s secondment to the South Tees Changing Futures programme ended in December 2023 and her focus is now to support VCS organisations across Redcar & Cleveland, and to represent the sector in RCVDA’s wider partnerships.

Jacqui Hutchinson

Primary Careers Co-ordinator

Jacqui joined RCVDA in September 2022 and is the lead for building our futures primary career learning programme. Jacqui has worked in the career education sector across secondary schools for 17 years. Jacqui was heavily involved with pilot programmes, through Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Tees Valley Combined Authority, developing primary career-related learning. Jacqui is a registered career development professional within the CDI (Career Development Institute) and is also a Level 6 qualified Career advisor.

Joe Milner

Administrator

Joe deals with the day to day contact enquiries and supports in administration for the organisation. Before joining RCVDA Joe worked for Tees Valley Arts on a kickstart programme and later worked at Flamingo Land.

David Stockdale

David Stockdale

Mid Web and Data Developer

Previously a volunteer at Tees Valley Arts David was brought over to the RCVDA team (initially as a volunteer before transitioning into a part time and then full time employee) by Peter in order to implement a redesign of our website along with recovering much of the information lost in past redesigns over the years.

David manages most of the spreadsheets, forms and automated processes used as the backend of many services we provide.

Keith Parnell

Tees Valley: Move Forward Volunteer Support Officer

Keith joined RCVDA in July 2018 as a volunteer, he then completed a Business Administration Apprenticeship before becoming the W2W Administrator, managing the day to day enquiries and schedules delivery and collection of the e-cycles and e-motorbikes. Keith is now our Tees Valley: Move Forward Volunteer Support Officer, supporting, developing and implementing a range of measures and initiatives that engage, develop, and increase the level and quality of volunteering opportunities, particularly for those volunteers who meet the criteria for set out from our funding for the BOOST: Build your Own Opportunities to Succeed & Thrive programme funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund through the Tees Valley Combined Authority.

Samuel Kilvington

Business Administrator

Samuel joined RCVDA in October 2024, Samuel’s role is to manage the paperwork and systems of the Wheels 2 Work scheme. Before joining RCVDA Samuel worked in the telecommunications industry as a fibre network planner.

Tees Valley Wheels 2 Work Delivery Team

Karl Flannagan

Tees Valley Wheels 2 Work Project Lead

Karl joined RCVDA in January 2020 as a driver for the Wheels 2 Work scheme, his role is to manage the repairs, maintenance and delivery of the e-cycles and e-motorbikes. Before joining RCVDA, Karl was a bus driver for Arriva and a recruitment officer for the army.

Millie Thomas

Impact Assistant

Millie joined RCVDA in January 2023, Millie’s role is to develop digital and printed content to be used across social media platforms and to respond to engagement with posts across social media. Millie will also assist other colleagues to document the impact of their projects and the sector more broadly.

Liam Smith

Wheels 2 Work Service and Maintenance Officer

Liam Smith joined RCVDA as a Service and Maintenance Officer, where he has since worked to assist the charity with the successful delivery of the Tees Valley Wheels 2 Work scheme by supporting our customers with a quick, efficient, and friendly collection and delivery service; as well as providing including regular servicing and ad-hoc repairs for our all-electric fleet.
