Join Teesside Hospice as a Cash Desk Volunteer and play a crucial role in processing sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting their mission.
Age Requirements: from 14 years old plus.
Purpose of the Role
As a volunteer cashier, you will be at the heart of their operations, engaging with customers, handling payments, and expressing gratitude to their generous donors.
Your responsibilities will include operating the till, answering customer inquiries, promoting Gift Aid, and collaborating with fellow volunteers to ensure efficient operations.
This is a customer-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of people and make a positive impact.
