Coatham House Projects are a charitable organisation providing supported accommodation to people aged 16-24 who are homeless or may be at risk of homelessness in the Redcar and Cleveland area.
Role Description
Coatham House Projects are looking to recruit a reception/admin volunteer to join their team.
Coatham House have an exciting opportunity, why not help a small charity with big ambitions?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Good communication & time management skills
- Advanced IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Friendly & down to earth personality with confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
*Training will be provided.
Purpose of the Role
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
