Context of Role

Coatham House Projects are a charitable organisation providing supported accommodation to people aged 16-24 who are homeless or may be at risk of homelessness in the Redcar and Cleveland area.

Role Description

Coatham House Projects are looking to recruit a reception/admin volunteer to join their team.

Coatham House have an exciting opportunity, why not help a small charity with big ambitions?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Good communication & time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Friendly & down to earth personality with confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills

*Training will be provided.

Purpose of the Role

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
