Role Description

The Junction Foundation are currently seeking Detached Youth Work Group Leads to assist young people aged 11 to 18 in accessing youth work, informal education, and support opportunities.

They are in search of dedicated individuals who are highly organised, committed, and possess a passion for and experience in supporting local children and young people.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for leading the team on a daily basis with support from the service coordinator.

Purpose of the Role

Support service delivery through Detached Youth Work within communities and neighbourhoods, structured group work sessions both face to face and online.

Assist in the planning, delivery, evaluation and recording of activities and support for young people working within the principles and values of The Junction Foundation at all times.

Support positive outcomes for children and young people including assisting in the planning, evaluation and recording of activities.

Lead in service delivery through detached street-based youth work sessions, with the support and guidance of the service Coordinator.

Lead in the planning, delivery, evaluation and recording of activities and support for young people working within the principles and values of The Junction Foundation at all times.

Support positive outcomes for children and young people including leading in the planning, evaluation and recording of activities.
