Context of Role

Role Description

The Junction Foundation are looking to recruit a new member of staff to the Young Carers Team to support with their group work delivery.

Volunteers can leave at any time however; volunteers and The Junction Foundation will benefit most from an experience that lasts for 6 months or longer.

Each volunteer will be assigned a mentor and receive further support from Service and Project Coordinators.

Purpose of the Role

To support service delivery through structured group work sessions to enable access to services and other opportunities.

Project sessions are typically two hours long scheduled early evenings, weekend and school holiday provision available.

To support positive outcomes for children and young people.
