Context of Role

The aim of local Healthwatch is to give citizens and communities a stronger voice to influence how health and social care services are provided locally.

The organisation holding the Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland contract is Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP).

Role Description

Healthwatch Redcar & Cleveland have a number of volunteering opportunities listed on their website.

In particular, they are looking for volunteers to help them with their review of Adult Social Care in Redcar & Cleveland.

Purpose of the Role

You will be supported to communicate with people who have had or are receiving Adult Social Care services, about their experiences.

The information will be anonymised and used to help the local authority make changes and improve services to better meet local needs.
