Digital Voice is BT Group’s new home phone service that enables their customers to move off the analogue public service telephone network (PSTN), which all of the UK must do.
BT will be coming to 34 locations throughout June 2024.
In all 34 locations BT would like to encourage their customers to “drop-in” and have a 1-2-1 personal conversation about what Digital Voice means for them, with a BT advisor.
The aim is to raise awareness and reassure BT customers that may be concerned about making the switch when the time comes.
We have attached invitations to several of these events that we have been encouraged to share.
