National Careers Week provides a dedicated time to focus on exploring career opportunities, understanding ones potential and setting achievable goals for the future. Here’s how Build Our Future has managed to make a positive impact during that time.
Jacqui is the Primary Careers Co-ordinator for Building Our Future at RCVDA, who has been totalling up the engagement that Building Our Future has supported last week through her voluntary National Careers Week Ambassador role. NCW and Building Our Future have been able to provide access to educational resources that support young people to develop awareness and excitement about their future pathways. This past week, there was a minimum of 9 different industries discussed and supported across these workshops, from Aviation, to Engineering, to Railways.
