Role Description

The Junction Foundation are looking to recruit a new member of staff to the Young Carers Team to support with their group work delivery.

Purpose of the Role

The Junction Foundation are looking for motivated, well organised and committed people with a passion and experience in supporting local children and young people and who enjoy learning new skills and engaging young people in activities.

This post also involves a transport escort role.

Full training will be given but they are seeking a Youth Support worker with experience of working in a group work setting with children and young people from 5-25 years of age.
