Context of Role

Footprints in the Community understand that poverty and isolation can have devastating effects on individuals, families and communities. Through their various projects, their dedicated team of staff and volunteers support people who are struggling with these issues in Redcar and Cleveland. They are always looking for new ways to provide help where and when it’s needed the most.

Role Description

They are seeking an enthusiastic and confident person who will liaise with members and clients of Footprints in the Community projects, helping to develop a “voice” to challenge and influence change.

Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate must be confident in working independently and with others, they should be self-motivated, keen to instigate change, flexible and adaptable. Experience in heading up a similar project/research would be advantageous but is not essential.
