Context of Role

Footprints in the Community understand that poverty and isolation can have devastating effects on individuals, families and communities. Through their various projects, their dedicated team of staff and volunteers support people who are struggling with these issues in Redcar and Cleveland. They are always looking for new ways to provide help where and when it’s needed the most.

Role Description

They are seeking an enthusiastic and confident person to develop this new role – to facilitate a partnership of mental health services within Redcar and Cleveland that can benefit the residents of Redcar & Cleveland.

Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate must be confident in working independently and with others, they should be self-motivated, a strong team player, flexible and adaptable. Experience of project management and introducing new initiatives is essential.
