Context of Role
MVDA was established in 2002 as the primary infrastructure organisation for Middlesbrough’s voluntary and community sector (VCS).
Role Description
They are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join their team and lead on their Community Activator Volunteering project funded through You’ve Got This – the Sport England Local Delivery Pilot.
Purpose of the Role
The post holder will work with community groups, organisations and individuals to recruit local people to become Community Activators, whose role will be to encourage local people to become more active more often.
