This is a programme of training and information sessions for voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) working in or across Cleveland who can support people affected by, involved in, or at risk of serious violence.
These sessions are aimed at developing VCOs to develop their skills at making funding applications. The training will also cover how to showcase their work and impact through a meaningful evaluation process.
The aim is to help organisations to be more successful when applying for future funding opportunities, in particular opportunities from the Cleveland Unit for the Reduction of Violence (CURV).
Training Sessions
All training sessions are from 10am to 4pm, including comfort breaks throughout. Lunch will be provided. The sessions are as follows:
Wednesday 1 March at The Palace Hub, Redcar
Monday 6 March at AV Dawson, Middlesbrough
Wednesday 8 March at Greenbank, Stranton, Hartlepool
Wednesday 9 March at Catalyst House, Stockton

This training is being organised and funded by CURV. It will be delivered by MVDA on behalf of the Tees Valley Infrastructure Partnership (TVIP). TVIP is made up of: Catalyst Stockton, Hartlepower, MVDA, RCVDA, TVRA and VONNE.
