I am leading some work at Redcar & Cleveland Council to improve the way in which we address equality, diversity and inclusion issues. I wrote a report for the Council’s Cabinet, which met just before Christmas, to agree some draft Equality Objectives for 2022. These were agreed for consultation and it is this that I would like very much to make contact with you about.
