Finance and Resource Manager
A Way Out is seeking a passionate, experienced finance professional who has an eye for detail to join our Senior Leadership Team in the newly created role of Finance and Resource Manager. Healthwatch Research & Intelligence Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated Research and Intelligence Officer to join our Healthwatch South Tees Team. In this role you will have the opportunity to engage with local people, from a variety of diverse communities, who live in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. Through a number of different mechanisms, you will listen to their views and experiences of health and care services and present it in a way that people will listen. This will range from strategic decision-making forums to operational service delivery levels to ensure maximum impact on influencing change where it’s needed the most with a specific focus on reducing health inequalities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communication information in a number of different ways on a variety of different levels. Experience of analysing community intelligence and producing factual reports would be advantageous.
Salary: PCP Band 6 £22,701 per annum pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Located: Homeworking with significant outreach across Middlesbrough and Redcar
Holidays: 27 days of holidays per annum
