Here at Redcar & Cleveland Mind we’re looking for enthusiastic and skilled people to join our team as we continue to expand our services in 2021.
Low Intensity Therapist (Adult Services) £24,907 full time
- Our Low Intensity Therapist is part of our core team, working alongside our MHPs to deliver clinical, low intensity interventions for adults with a need for structured therapy.
- You will have far greater flexibility than working within a traditional IAPT service, so this role will give you the opportunity to use your skills in a different way, working as part of a team.
- You will need:
- Level 4 (minimum) qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or other field relevant to mental health.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Assessment and Intervention Skills for Psychological Wellbeing Practice
- Honours degree in Psychology, Counselling or other relevant field.
Counsellor (Adult Services) £24,907 full time
- Our Counsellor is part of our core team, working alongside our PWP and MHPs to deliver clinical interventions for adults.
- You will lead on our Employee Assistance Programme in collaboration with external agencies.
- You will need:
- Level 4 (minimum) qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or other field relevant to mental health.
- Honours degree in Psychology, Counselling or other relevant field.
- BACP Registration
Both these posts require some evening working, and occasional weekend work.

Administrative Assistant £9,568 (20 hours) part time
- You will work closely with the Office Manager and Finance Officer, and other staff as appropriate, to support a range of financial and office services to ensure the effective operation of Redcar & Cleveland Mind’s business function and integrity.
- You will be a point of contact for the organisation in handling external enquiries and in the provision of robust and high quality information
- You will need:
- 2 years experience of working in an office environment
- Business Administration/IT Qualifications – Minimum Level 2
