RCVDA are currently recruiting for several roles to deliver an innovative employability project. The project will support individuals who have been unemployed for over 12 months. Through regular contact with participants, a strong understanding of individuals’ employment history, skills, aspirations and support needs will enable us to develop the right package of support to help each participant succeed.
