Nomination forms are available here – Please complete then simply click the submit button. You will then receive an automatic acknowledgment that we have received your submission.
Closing date for submission of your nomination will be midnight on Monday 21st May 2018.
There are 7 categories which you can nominate your group or individual volunteer to and they will be judged from 1 – 5 using the following criteria:
- Commitment
- Attitude
- Made a Difference
- Role Model
The task of choosing a winner from the many amazing nominations we receive every year is difficult and the decision of the judges can only be guided by the bio you write – so please keep this criteria in mind when writing about your group or individual.
Please note: the person you nominate does not necessarily have to belong to a formal voluntary/community group – they could be that un-sung hero who quietly makes a substantial contribution to a community/environment, and has, as yet, gone unrecognized! We want to hear about these people and, even if they don’t win their particular category, thank them with an invitation to afternoon tea and a certificate of recognition.
