What is BOND?
BOND (Better Outcomes, New Delivery) is a DfE funded programme building the capacity of Voluntary and Community Organisations and schools to improve early intervention mental health support to children and young people. It is delivered by a national consortium of organisations expert in the field of children and young people’s mental health, and is led by YoungMinds.
In 2012 over 50 organisations and schools from the Tees area took part in a BOND pilot which offered a programme of bespoke workshops, coaching and other support. The programme explored a whole system approach to the commissioning and delivery of early intervention mental health services. This workshop is supported by the BOND consortium as part of the commitment to sustaining impact and is relevant to both original participants and new comers.
